I&#039;d add &quot;Mastery&quot; to implementation just because we all tend to &quot;give up&quot; when we first start to implement and don&#039;t get the desired results.  Seth Godin&#039;s book, &quot;The Dip&quot; speaks of the tendency to give up before we really start to see quantitative results.  This gets back to your other recent point that it is often not talent but tenaciousness that propels us.  I guess that&#039;s why they call it &quot;The Masters&quot; golf tournament.
